Penny at Hoel Pond

Ben and I took Penny over to Hoel Pond for a swim this afternoon...it was a beautiful day to wander the shores and chuck sticks and a found tennis ball into the water...


Towards the end of our time in the water, a great big, old black lab named Uncas came down to the water and they played together nicely...


Penny and Uncas had a fun time fetching and chasing and gently rough-housing both in and out of the water at Hoel Pond...


It was a gorgeous day, and the water was warm enough to walk in up to my thighs...we'll be swimming soon...
